Legacy Deckmasters offers custom deck building, hardscaping, and outdoor living construction services. All services are outlined in the client’s quote or project agreement and may include materials, labor, design, and cleanup.

2. Estimates & Quotes

Estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of inspection. Final pricing may vary due to site conditions, client changes, or material price fluctuations. Written approval is required for any adjustments.

3. Payments

A deposit is required before work begins (amount stated in your project proposal).Remaining payments are due according to the schedule outlined in your invoice.Late payments may incur fees or delay project timelines.

4. Scheduling & Delays

Project start dates are subject to weather, material availability, and other uncontrollable factors. Legacy Deckmasters will communicate changes promptly and work to minimize delays.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate project informationEnsuring access to the worksiteObtaining HOA or neighborhood approvals (if applicable)Marking utilities not flagged by public services (e.g., irrigation)

6. Changes to Scope

Any change to the original project scope (materials, design, size) must be requested in writing and may affect pricing and timeline.

7. Warranties

Legacy Deckmasters offers a limited warranty on workmanship for a period of [Insert duration, e.g., 1 year]. Manufacturer warranties may apply to materials used. Damage from misuse, weather, or external causes is not covered.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

10. Marketing & Media

We may take before-and-after photos of your project for portfolio and marketing use. If you wish to opt out, please notify us in writing before work begins.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which services are provided. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with local laws.
